Forbes.com has a vast amount of interest lists. This one is not only interesting but proved to show some unexpected results. The study was conducted on US cities that have a population of at 250,000 and the numbers were drawn for every 100,000 residents. The FBI pulled statistics on violent crime rates and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration contributed traffic fatalities rates.

10. Glendale, AZ
29 Car Fatalities, 8 Violent Crimes
9. San Diego, CA
26 Car Fatalities, 9 Violent Crimes
8. Anaheim, CA
