New FHA Guidelines that Can Close Loans Quick

 

Effective January 3^rd, 2011, Aapex Financial Solutions will be offering its borrowers some beneficial new guidelines on our FHA loans. Here is a sneak peek into some of the highlights:

• Minimum credit score for single family homes, condos and PUDs will be 620
• Minimum credit score for 3-4 unit properties will be dropped to 640
• If the loan receives an “approval” response, NO TOTAL DEBT RATIO WILL BE USED!
