Annoying Habits You Want to Avoid (If you can!) When Traveling for the Holidays

  • People who bring way too many carry on items so that they are stored under the seat in front of them, wedged in the overhead compartment, stuck between each person beside them, sitting on their lap, you get the picture....
  • Conversations that last through the terminal, onto the plane and throughout the entire ride. Meeting new people is fun but sometimes not that fun.
  • Waiting to finally board the plane to, oh wait, sit on the plane for another two hours before the plane even gets off the ground
  • Running up to wait in line at the terminal check-in when you could just stay sitting until the line is at the end because lets be honest, the line is not going to go any faster with you standing in it
  • Sitting next to someone that does not know the rules of airplane personal space. If someone bends their head forward to rest on their food and beverage tray, the top of their seat is not fair game to lean or drape arms across...Especially if you don't know them!
  • Having the person who sits next to you sneezing, coughing, wheezing, vomiting or any other kind of bodily function that is unpleasant and possibly contagious
  • The foot in your face. That's right, you lean back your chair (the whole inch and a half) and there comes a shoeless foot up on your arm rest. So pleasant

Hopefully your traveling will not invlove with any of these annoying incidents. Have a great holiday and travel safely!!
